It is not essential that you have previous experience. We will train you with everything you need to do your job to a high standard. We believe in lifelong learning, so if you’re looking for a career, we can help you to complete your Certificates III and IV[BW1] . If you do have previous experience, our Recognition of Prior Learning programs can provide you with credit towards further studies.

As part of our care team we make sure you have the equipment, knowledge, and technology so you can work in the community easily, keeping you safe and connected.

Whether you want to stay working in a care role, upskill to become a Care Aide, or train for a different role, we have several career pathways.
