Welcome to the next generation of care

Join an established and respected organisation that has been leading Australian home care for almost 130 years.

Love what you do.  Providing in-home care builds meaningful connections for you and our clients.

There's no better feeling than being able to see firsthand the difference you make to the lives of others and building a genuine connection.

At Silverchain, providing in-home care allows you to spend more time getting to know your clients so you can provide the best care and build relationships that last.

As part of our care team, you have the opportunity to care for people with chronic disease, injuries, acute illness and in palliative care, as well as the opportunity to participate in our world-class translational research as part of goal to lead the next generation of care.

You will be fully equipped with technology so you can fulfill your role wherever you are, keeping you connected and safe in the community.
