Reporting to the AI Lead and working collaboratively across the organisation, The objective of the AI Product Owner is to own and evolve Silverchain’s AI enablement of front-line staff with practical, frontline‑focused change that directly improves how our providers care for our clients.

What we're looking for 

To thrive in this role, you'll need to have: 

  • Clinical background such as a Registered health professional (nursing, allied health, social work, or equivalent) OR demonstrated experience working in sustained, close collaboration with clinical teams in a home-based, aged care, or community setting.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering technology adoption programmes, digital change initiatives, or clinical informatics implementations. Evidence of moving a workforce from reluctance or low engagement to sustained use of a digital tool. 
  • Experience designing and delivering technology adoption programmes, digital change initiatives, or clinical informatics implementations.
  • Development of product roadmaps following agile product development 
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, able to build trust with frontline clinicians and strong written communication for training materials, reports, and executive briefings.

 

The role

As the AI Product Owner: 

  • Own and maintain the Silverchain AI Adoption Playbook, the standard methodology for all AI-clinical tool deployments, covering pre-launch through to scale.
  • Design and execute structured, phase-by-phase adoption journeys for each tool in the portfolio, with defined milestones, exit criteria, and escalation pathways.
  • Contribute to business cases and investment proposals for new digital tools by providing adoption feasibility assessment and realistic uptake projections.
  • Working collaboratively with multiple teams developing, training design and Delivery solutions.
  • Design role-specific training pathways for each tool, differentiated by technology confidence level.
  • Own the Silverchain Adoption executive reporting and outcome metrics across all deployed tools.
  • Build genuine working relationships with clinical managers across all Silverchain service areas, treating them as adoption partners rather than passive recipients of technology deployment.
