6 month Fixed term Contract
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in aged care while driving measurable outcomes for clients, teams, and the wider business? We have an exciting opportunity for a Support at Home Utilisation Advisor to join our growing Care Partnering team.
This newly created role has been designed to maximise client package utilisation under the Support at Home Programme, ensuring clients receive the greatest possible benefit from their funding and services. Supporting our Western Australian operations, this is a hybrid position offering a mix of face-to-face engagement and remote working flexibility.
As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will proactively analyse funding utilisation, identify opportunities to improve performance and productivity, and influence positive change across the business. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to optimise client outcomes, strengthen operational effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
A key focus of the role will be coaching, mentoring and influencing Care Partners and Managers, building capability, enhancing decision-making, and embedding best-practice funding utilisation strategies. Your ability to engage, inspire and support teams will be instrumental in creating sustainable improvements and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
