The Role
This is a phone-based position within the Client Growth team and serves as the first point of contact for new customers. The role is autonomous, yet being a team player is essential, as you will collaborate closely to prioritise workloads. While the role is target and sales-driven, its core focus is to nurture and guide prospective customers and their families to our suite of in-home care services.
You’ll bring empathy and a customer-centric approach, building trust with future customers and their families. By carefully presenting information, you’ll help them navigate the Aged Care journey with confidence. A current understanding of Support at Home will be advantageous but not essential as full training till be provided.

This is a full-time permanent position. While you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, attendance at our Bella Vista office is required on a regular basis, therefore you will need to be based in Sydney.
