Our Community Specialist Palliative Care Service supports clients and their families with life limiting illnesses at home. The focus is on quality of life through managing complex symptoms. Supporting complex care at home requires nurses that have specialist abilities relating to assessments and management of clients with changing needs.
Are you a Registered Nurse with at least two years nursing experience and interested in joining our Specialist Team? this role may suit you! This role will see you providing services to clients Covering Perth North Metro areas and your base to collect consumables and attend meetings will be Osborne Park and Kingsley. Ideally, we would be looking to recruit a 8 days per fortnight and a Full time Registered Nurse.
For this role you will have the flexibility to cover over 7 days per week, days and evenings (shift work will attract penalty rates). Night shifts will be on an occasional basis. In addition to an extensive orientation and education program, you will have the opportunity to work as a part of an interdisciplinary team providing palliative care within the community.
You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Nurse. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients.
