What we're looking for

You bring compassion, professionalism and a commitment to delivering Best Care, every person, every time. Along with current AHPRA registration, you will have:

 

  • Minimum 12 months general nursing experience with strong assessment and chronic disease management skills.
  • Aged care or community nursing experience (highly desirable).
  • A passion for client-centred practice and collaborative care.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), time management, and organisational skills.
  • A current full Australian driver’s licence.
