Registered Nurse, Support at Home

Due to growth, we are recruiting across three teams within the Perth metro region. Below mentioned suburbs are included, but not limited to:

East Team & Upper South-West Team  - Fremantle to Rolley Stone and the river to Serpentine

North Team - Stirling Highway and above and west of the freeway, including, but not limited to, Alexander Heights, Beldon, Duncraig, Hillarys, North Beach, Scarborough, Joondalup, Shenton Park, Churchlands, Quinns Rocks, Tapping, Yanchep.

Working hours will vary between 7am – 3pm and 8.30am – 4.30pm on a 5/7 day roster. Weekend availability is necessity for this role. Shift penalties will apply

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare in a community environment, including service provision, coordination, allocation and compliance with contractual obligations
• Skills in the area of clinical assessment, problem solving, client and family education
• Ability to demonstrate personal care and provide competency based complex care training to direct care workers
• Well developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships, promote services and resolve client/staff issues
• Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills to innovatively manage the provision of quality care
• Demonstrated computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and calendar management software to prepare correspondence and effective documentation
• The ability to work autonomously with a team focus to contribute to business unit and organisational objectives
