Registered Nurse, Support at Home

Due to growth, we are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to join our Narrogin team in our Support at Home program. 

The Role

This community based Nursing role, based from our Narrogin Service Centre will cover Narrogin and surrounds.

The successful applicant will receive paid mileage for using own car, with a view to aving option of salary packaged vehicle in the future.

Working hours will vary between 7am – 3pm and 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare in a community environment, including service provision, coordination, allocation and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Skills in the area of clinical assessment, problem solving, client and family education.
• Ability to demonstrate personal care and provide competency based complex care training to direct care workers.
• Well developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships, promote services and resolve client/staff issues.
• Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills to innovatively manage the provision of quality care.
• Demonstrated computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and calendar management software to prepare correspondence and effective documentation.
• The ability to work autonomously with a team focus to contribute to business unit and organisational objectives.
