Registered Nurse, Support at Home

 

Due to growth, we are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to join our Albany team in our Support at Home program.

 

 

The Role

 

This community based Nursing role, based from our Albany office will cover Albany and surrounds.

 

The successful applicant will have a choice of a salary packaged vehicle, use of pool car (Picked up and dropped off to base each day) or paid mileage for using own car.

  

Working hours will be 8am - 4pm each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare in a community environment, including service provision, coordination, allocation and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Skills in the area of clinical assessment, problem solving, client and family education.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal care and provide competency based complex care training to direct care workers.
  • Well developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships, promote services and resolve client/staff issues.
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills to innovatively manage the provision of quality care.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and calendar management software to prepare correspondence and effective documentation.
  • The ability to work autonomously with a team focus to contribute to business unit and organisational objectives.
