Program Manager – Service Centre Transitions | Osborne Park
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Service Centre Transitions on a 2 year fixed term contract, to lead operational planning and delivery across our WA property program. This role is critical in ensuring new and transitioned service centres are operationally ready, fit for purpose, and aligned to clinical and service needs—while maintaining continuity of care

What we’re looking for
You are a proactive and organised program or project leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a practical approach to translating operational needs into workplace solutions. You thrive in complex environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in property, workplace, commissioning or operational transition roles
- Proven experience delivering site readiness, relocations or operational implementations
- Strong planning, coordination and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders
The Role
- Lead operational readiness, transition and go‑live activities for new and changed sites
- Develop business cases and support property searches and reviews
- Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, clinical teams, National Property and external partners
- Lead accommodation planning including space requirements, workplace allocation and parking
- Manage move planning, cutover activities and continuity of operations
- Oversee readiness reporting, risk management and governance processes
- Coordinate change and transition communications across the business
