We’re looking for compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our casual workforce. Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you’ll support clients to stay independent, connected, and comfortable in their own homes. What we’re looking for

You bring compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to empowering clients to live their best lives. Along with a current AHPRA registration, you’ll have:

• Minimum two years post-graduate nursing experience, including Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C.
• Experience in aged care or community nursing (highly desirable).
• A passion for client-centred care.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic, changing environments.

• Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.

• A full, valid Australian driver’s licence.

The role

• Deliver exceptional person-centred care that empowers clients to live their best lives in the comfort of their own homes.
• Advocate for clients and their families, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Educate and empower clients and carers.
• Provide clinical support, including medication management, assessments, and wound care.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurses, and other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
• Build strong, supportive relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, care providers and health professionals to establish goals, provide support and education.
