The opportunity

 

We’re looking for compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our casual workforce, and working under the guidance of Registered Nurses, support clients across North, Central and South locations to stay independent, connected, and comfortable in their own homes.

 

This is a great opportunity to enjoy flexibility and autonomy, in a role that fits around your life.

 

Operational hours: Monday to Friday or 7 days a week, you must be available on Mondays and Fridays. Providing a minimum of 3 days a week availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional person-centred care that empowers clients to live their best lives in the comfort of their own homes
  • Advocate for clients and their families, ensuring their voices are heard
  • Educate and empower clients and carers
  • Provide clinical support, including medication management, assessments, and wound care
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurses, and other health professionals
  • Maintain accurate care plans and documentation
  • Build strong, supportive relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, care providers and health professionals to establish goals, provide support and education

About you

You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:

 

  • A current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum two years post-graduate nursing experience, including Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C
  • Experience in aged care or community nursing (highly desirable)
  • A passion for client-centred care
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic, changing environments
  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • A full, valid Australian driver’s licence
