We are seeking passionate Enrolled Nurses to join our Health team across metropolitan Adelaide on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. This is an opportunity to work autonomously, build meaningful relationships with clients, and deliver high-quality care in the community while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

What’s on offer

• Permanent full-time and part-time (0.5 – 0.8 FTE) opportunities available.

• Based at Parafield, Morphett Vale or Keswick and supporting clients in the surrounding suburbs.
• Shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 10:30pm – no overnights and minimal weekends.

What we’re looking for

You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum two years post-graduate nursing experience, including Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C.
• Aged Care / Community experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• A passion for client-centred care.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
• A valid full Australian driver’s licence.

The role

• Deliver exceptional person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive in their own homes.
• Advocate for clients and families, ensuring their rights and wellbeing are supported.
• Educate and empower clients and carers to make informed decisions.
• Provide clinical support, including medication management, assessments, and wound care.
• Work independently, while staying connected to a supportive team.
• Build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, and health professionals to establish goals, provide support and education.
