The opportunity

Silver Chain has a vacancy for a community Enrolled Nurse for our Home Care Package service. This position will be based out of our Maddington Service centre.. It will cover our central suburbs from Cockburn to Fremantle around the upper south west metro areas. This role offers the opportunity to work in the community under the clinical direction of the Registered Nurse,. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 3.36pm. Wound Care experience is essential.

This role can come with a salary packaged vehicle or a home garaged vechile for work purposes. Full time position Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts as an option also.

Key Responsibilities

You will be an experienced, Enrolled Nurse. Using your exceptional assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will provide an optimum standard of best care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

About you

• Medication competent HLTEN507 A/B/C is essential and must be provided
• 2+ years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role
• Current Registration with the AHPRA
• Community Care experience will be highly regarded
• Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
• Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
• A current driver’s licence
