The opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Domestic Worker to join our team and support clients in their homes and communities across Adelaide’s southern suburbs.

This highly rewarding role helps improve the wellbeing of a diverse range of clients, including aged care, people living independently, and under 65’s. You will support them with everyday tasks and encourage independence.

Permanent Part-time role with 25 hours per week guaranteed, scheduled between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• General housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, bed-making)
• Light shopping, errands, and prepping basic meals
• Encourage clients to stay active and involved in their own care
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

• Build relationships with clients & their families

• Keeping accurate notes and documentation

• Be the ‘eyes and ears’ for the organisation and report any changes or concerns

• Provide a client focused service that improves their quality of life

About you

• A warm, respectful, and encouraging attitude
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently
• Housekeeping skills and a love for keeping things clean and organised
• A genuine passion for helping others live their best lives
• Ability to work a minimum of three days per week
• A current valid Australian Driver’s Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
