The Opportunity
We have multiple vacancies commencing Monday 9th February 2026 for suitably experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Contact Centre team in Osborne Park, WA.
As one of the first points of contact, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and internal customers with every interaction.
We are looking for Full- Time and Part- Time Contact Centre Representatives who are available Monday to Friday between 6am – 6pm. Hourly Rate of $35.30 + Penalties + Super and Salary Packaging options.
Key responsibilities
Hours
Full- Time and Part-Time shifts available between the hours of 6am – 6pm Monday to Friday
Part time roles require minimum 30 hours commitment per week, with the choice of working either 4 or 5 shifts Monday – Friday.
Training
You will be required to undertake 4 weeks of compulsory paid full-time training from Silverchain House in Osborne Park.
At Silverchain we are proud to support hybrid flexible working options. Once you have completed office-based training and we've set you up for success in the role you will be part of our hybrid work model.
Start
Monday 9th , February 2026 (non- negotiable)
*We cannot approve any time off during your compulsory full-time training weeks. If you have any leave booked during this period, we recommend you apply to our next intake ( we recruit 4 times a year).
