Commercial Partnerships Coordinator WA

 

The Role

 

Working closely with the Performance & Reporting Lead, Commercial & Optimisation, The Commercial Partnerships Coordinator manages, and coordinates associated provider (subcontractor) relationships within Silverchain WA, ensuring effective onboarding, performance monitoring, pricing alignment, and issue resolution. This role acts as the central operational liaison between WA teams and associated providers, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual, commercial, and strategic requirements.

 

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, part-time role offering 30.4 hours over 4 days per week. Hybrid role with office attendance on Tuesday & Thursday at Silverchain House, Osborne Park.

 

  

  • Coordinate onboarding of new associated providers, including suitability assessments, operational approvals, and submission of onboarding requests to the Contracts & Procurement Team.
  • Gather and validate provider information (services, coverage, pricing), liaising with commercial and executive leaders to confirm pricing and risk acceptance.
  • Provide commercial instructions to support preparation of service agreements and ensure alignment with operational needs.
  • Maintain searchable records of provider-client relationships to support reporting, oversight, and strategic planning.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison for WA providers, managing day-to-day communications, service queries, and relationship coordination.
  • Monitor provider performance against agreed service levels and escalate issues or risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review and assess invoices in line with contract terms and pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Confirm pricing acceptability for new and existing providers and provide written confirmation when required.
  • Support pricing reviews and respond to internal queries regarding provider pricing, services, and competitor comparisons.
  • Drive resolution of complaints involving clients and Associated Providers, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • In partnership with Contracts & Procurement Team, support contract lifecycle activities (renewals, extensions, variations, terminations) by providing operational input and approvals
  • Ensure provider utilisation is cost-effective and aligned with WA’s strategic priorities and national procurement standards.
  • Provider advice, guidance and subject matter expertise to senior and executive leaders, to inform strategic decision making regarding associate provider utilisation in WA.

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in relevant field, such as procurement and supply, law, finance, commerce, project management or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management and administration.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly efficient time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and performance.
  • Knowledge of contract management best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with contract management systems and best practice.
  • A focus on integrity of information - including the ability to critically analyse data, evaluate relevance and identify discrepancies/inconsistencies.
