Clinical Nurse – Maddington

We’re seeking two Clinical Nurses to join our Maddington team; both roles are Full Time (Monday – Friday), one role is a Fixed term contract (12 months) and one role is Permanent; both roles commence at 7.00am. You will be accountable for the safe delivery of quality evidenced based clinical practice to the clients in your area, and responsible for the competency and performance of clinical staff in your team.

What we’re looking for

You will be an experienced and versatile Registered Nurse Lead, bringing strong clinical assessment, decision‑making, and problem‑solving capabilities. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse Manager and fellow Case Coordinators (Clinical Nurses) to support the effective and high‑quality delivery of clinical services.

 

  • Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with zero notations.
  • Current Working with Childrens Check.
  • Providing leadership, supervision and support to employees under your direction to achieve optimal clinical outcomes for clients.
  • Being the first point of escalation for direct care employees for clinical issues, ensuring clinical support and supervision to nurses is timely and effective.
  • Engaging in resolving complex clinical problems and where required, escalate unresolved issues to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
  • Consider and coordinate new admissions and/or client reviews.
  • Working in partnership with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure ongoing preparedness and response for internal and external audits and accreditation.
  • Current Full Australian Drivers Licence.
