What we’re looking for

 

You lead with purpose and professionalism and are motivated to support both clients and colleagues. You will bring:

 

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum five years post‑graduate nursing experience, including demonstrated clinical leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage resources, meet KPIs and support quality outcomes.
  • Strong capability in mentoring, coaching and supporting staff development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A current Australian driver’s licence.

 

The role

 

  • Manage and own a clinical caseload, supporting clients with complex care needs.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support staff through mentoring and guidance.
  • Act as a key clinical escalation point for nurses managing deterioration or complex situations.
  • Deliver hands-on clinical care and resolve complex issues with confidence and compassion.
  • Support and manage staff performance, wellbeing and professional development.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate clinical and physical resources to deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based care.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to achieve service delivery goals.
  • Drive strong communication through documentation, stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
