Care Team Leader
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Team Leader to join our team on a fixed term, full time basis. For 6 months, potentially 12 months. Working Monday to Friday either 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm, this role reports directly to the Community Manager and will see you support and mentor a small team of direct care staff to provide quality care to our Support at Home and CHSP clients across Avon coastal area. Travel within the Toodyay/Northam region is included in this role. This role is Northam based, but we are open to discussing other locations, no further than 1 hour from Northam.
We require you to have good knowledge of our funding streams across Support at Home and CHSP.
This role requires travel within the community and will either avail of our salary packaged vehicle option OR be reimbursed for KM's on your own reliable vehicle, to be determined based on the location of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within the Aged Care Industry. In addition to this, candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes:
Under the Aged Care act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
