Silverchain is delivering a multi-year Digital Transformation Program to modernise how we work and embed a national operational care platform powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365. This program is reshaping how 5,800+ people deliver safe, personal, connected, and effective care to more than 140,000 clients each year across Australia. 

As Business Champion and Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring frontline voices shape the design, build, and rollout of new digital capabilities. You will lead a dedicated cohort of Business Champions and Change Champions across regions, embedding operational insight into solution development and driving successful adoption of new digital workflows. 

This is a highly influential role where your ability to connect people, uplift capability, and lead meaningful change will directly impact the future of how Silverchain delivers Best Care in homes and communities nationwide.

• Fulltime Two-year Fixed Term role. Monday-Friday 76 hours per fortnight.

What we’re looking for 

To thrive in this role you’ll need to have: 

• 5+ years’ experience leading teams in digital transformation or healthcare environments.  
• Deep knowledge of care delivery, operations, and frontline workflows.  
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, change management and adoption, and capability uplift.  
• Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship building skills.  
• Experience in agile delivery, requirements gathering, testing, and business led training.  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and digital delivery tools (Kanban, Mural) is highly desirable.  
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is welcomed. 

The role 

As a Business Champion & Change Lead:  

• Lead, mentor, and develop Business and Change Champions across all regions, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance cohort. 

• Act as the central conduit between Business Champions, Business Capability Owners, Program Leadership, and Delivery Teams. 

• Represent frontline operational needs throughout design, development, testing, and deployment activities. 

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development, participant support, and feedback consolidation to inform solution improvements. 

• Coordinate business‑led training, readiness activities, and change engagement strategies. 

• Drive and monitor the adoption of new digital workflows across teams. 

• Facilitate user groups and structured feedback loops to support continuous improvement. 

• Ensure Champions apply Digital Program methodologies, tools (e.g., Kanban, Mural), and delivery standards.
