Customer Service Administrator

- Working from home with 1 day per week in the office
- Busy admin role supporting our client experience!
The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Work 4 days per week from home and 1 day from Silverchain House. Whilst reporting directly to the Community Care Manager, you will support a positive client experience by providing operational support at the service centre to staff and clients to manage client wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Review, organise and update new and changing client referrals
- Timely preparation and maintaining of new client files and support plans
- Implementing support plans to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with client needs, contractual obligations and current policies and procedures
- Organising the Care Team Leader’s client visits and appointments
- Working with the team to reduce the clients on hold and ensure that we are meeting the clients’ expectations
- Prepare client files and documentation for non-clinical file reviews and other audits as required
- Assisting new employees with their onboarding, training schedules and orientation
- Liaising with clients in relation to Fee for Service and Veteran’s Home Care enquires
About you
You will have a strong background in administration and in addition to this:
- An understanding of technology and a high attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively alone and in a team environment
- A high level of organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in being first point of contact for clients and the ability to multi-skill and work under pressure whilst maintaining composure and professionalism
- Communication skills to be able to listen and interact with a variety of people including clients, their carers, family members, staff and volunteers with varying needs and requests
- Your previous experience in a similar role is essential
