The opportunity
Silver Chain has a vacancy for a community Enrolled Nurse for our Home Care Package service. This position will be based out of our Maddington Service Centre. This role offers the opportunity to work in the community under the clinical direction of the Registered Nurse,. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm or 7.30am - 3.30pm. Wound Care experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities
You will be an experienced, Enrolled Nurse. Using your exceptional assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will provide an optimum standard of best care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes. You will have wound care and catheter experience, to be evidenced at interview stage
About you
• Medication competent HLTEN507 A/B/C is essential and must be provided
• 2+ years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role
• Current Registration with the AHPRA
• Community Care experience will be highly regarded
• Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
• Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
• A current driver’s licence
