Operations Support Administrator
Silverchain are currently seeking to recruit to their Kingsley/Osborne Park team. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join us on a casual basis. This role supports other admin roles across both our bases for both planned and unplanned leave. This busy and varied administrative role will suit an experienced self starter who has the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a team player but also have both experience and confidence to work autonomously.
While it is Casual, we do seek commitment. So the role will suit someone who prefers to stay casual, long term. The work is sporadic and you will be called upon when required, with as much notice as possible. This role will not suit people who are seeking permanent opportunities or seek consistent weekly work from one role. You will need to be available between the hours of 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Some cover will require you to be available 5 days per week Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
• Work within a team to maintain a dynamic range of administrative core functions that support the nursing operations
• Requires ability to multi-task for best customer outcomes
• Managing a busy reception including incoming customer screening and making appointments
• Managing a key portion of the supply chain including stocktaking, ordering and invoice processing for medical consumables and stationery
• Coordinating the management of fleet vehicles including their allocation, service and maintenance and replacement
• Coordinating compliance of legislative requirements in relation to minimum training and registration requirements of our staff and the archiving and retrieval of client information
About you
In addition to wanting the "casual work lifestyle", the ideal candidate will be able to prioritise high volume workload, multitask and have strong attention to detail. In addition to this, candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
• High level of communication, both written and verbal
• Must demonstrate an ability to work in a team but also independently
• Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment.
• Must possess personal integrity and respect for confidential information.
