The opportunity

Silverchain are actively recruiting Community Enrolled Nurses for our Clinical Service, this service is predominantly wound care, Catheter care and Diabetes management. These roles are based out of our Kingsley service centres and will see you out and about in the community in and around the surrounding suburbs, we will align with the area in which you reside.

These roles offer the opportunity to work in the community under the clinical direction of the Registered Nurse, you will have the flexibility to work either 4 or 5 days per week, Monday – Friday, there may be some element of working weekends (Weekend penalties will apply) and have the flexibility to start at 7.00am.
 

Key Responsibilities

You will have 1+ years Post Grad Enrolled Nursing experience. Using your exceptional assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will provide an optimum standard of best care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

About you

•    1+ years Post Grad broad experience in an Enrolled Nurse role
•    Current Registration with the AHPRA with zero notations
•    Current Working with Childrens Check
•    Community Care experience will be highly regarded but not essential
•    Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
•    Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
•    A current Australian driver’s licence
