The Technical Lead provides senior technical leadership, solution architecture governance and delivery oversight across the Silverchain Digital Program. The role ensures that platforms, data capabilities and digital solutions are secure, clinically safe supportable and aligned with Silverchain’s service delivery, client outcomes and organisation strategies.

What we’re looking for
To thrive in this role you’ll need to have:
- Professional Certification and membership with Australian Information Technology industry body such as Australian Computer Society or similar.
- Formal certifications in D365, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and certifications in TOGAF, or equivalent.
- 15+ years’ experience in IT, with at least 5+ years as an Enterprise or Chief Architect, or senior solution architect in the Microsoft ecosystem, leading and providing technical stewardship/guidance to Digital Services teams as part of multi-year transformation programs.
The role
As a Technical Lead:
- Own the future-state program architecture and technical strategy for the Digital Program in alignment to the core business and technology capabilities that the program seeks to establish.
- Oversee the design and governance of enterprise solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem within the scope of the Digital Program and its integration with wider enterprise platforms.
- Understand and continually assess the evolving Silverchain technology landscape across the overall Silverchain portfolio of initiatives, influencing technology decision-making within and outside the Digital Program.
- Provide leadership and enable close collaboration across multiple internal and external technology teams, in particular working with the strategic partner’s architects and internal teams in the co-creation and delivery of integrated solutions and architecture designs.
- Ensure architecture decisions support information security and identity frameworks, clinical safety, data integrity, auditability, and operational continuity controls for health and aged care environments.
- Provide assurance over the secure integration between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability and consistency across enterprise applications.
- Maintain oversight of data migration, archival and retention strategies, reporting, analytics and data pipelines, master and reference data alignment, Fabric-native / lakehouse analytical models.
- Lead the internal technical program team, providing direction, guidance and oversight in the creation of a high-performing, collaborative program function.
