The opportunity

 

As part of our growing Multidisciplinary Care team, you will work alongside occupational therapists, nursing, podiatry and therapy assistants. 

Utilize your broad skill set to create and oversee re-enablement programmes for our clients. Assisting clients to achieve unique goals set by you, that will have them re-engage within the community, will bring you immense job satisfaction.

Witnessing your clients return to their best lives will be the most rewarding experience for you as an Allied Health professional. We are open to hearing from new graduates for this role. 

At Silverchain, we endeavour to have our team members working as close to home as possible.

We have two roles available. One role will cover Lower South West Metro/Peel Region. The areas will cover Lake Clifton to Meadow Springs out to Waroona. And one covering Upper South West Metro including Alfred Cove to Kwinana and out to Fremantle. Start and finish times will be 8-4 or 8:30-4:30. This is a full time role. We are open to a 4 day week depending on the applicant.
