What we're looking for

You bring compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to empowering clients to live their best lives. Along with a current AHPRA registration, you’ll have:

 

  • Minimum 12 months general nursing experience with strong assessment and chronic disease management skills.
  • Aged Care or Community experience (highly desirable).
  • Confidence in CVAD, SPC changes, and cannulation (desirable)
  • A passion for client-centred practice and collaborative care.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • A valid full Australian driver’s licence.

  • Educate and empower clients and carers.
  • Own your practice – from assessments to care plans to managing complex needs.
  • Work autonomously while staying connected to a supportive team of nurses and health professionals.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, care providers and health professionals to establish goals, provide support and education.
