The opportunity
- Piece the puzzle together to ensure efficient rostering, including scheduled and unplanned leave, of our nurses that are responsive to our client’s needs
- Work collaboratively with the resourcing team, the clinical team, and our clients
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring sensitive client interactions are handled with respect and care
Key Responsibilities
You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence.
In addition, you will have the following skills:
- Experience developing and maintaining staff rosters
- Aged Care, Community or Health Care experience highly regarded
- Experience building optimal client visit schedules highly regarded
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Able to thrive and problem solve in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working autonomously or collaboratively
- High level computer skills
About you
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent computer literacy skills, outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and has a strong eye for detail. You will also meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a rostering/scheduling position is desirable
- Flexible to work varied roster within operating hours and willingness to travel other offices in Perth metro region
- Excellent communication (written, verbal & listening) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to autonomously manage time and organise workload
- An empathetic approach to dealing with the sensitivities of clients and providers scheduling issues
