The opportunity

Ready to take your healthcare career to the next level? Join our passionate team as an Occupational Therapist and help clients live independently and confidently at home.

 

You’ll undertake home visits to support clients across Aged Care, Palliative Care, and Hospital Avoidance programs — creating a lasting impact in your community. Enjoy flexible and autonomous work, enhance your clinical skills, and build meaningful client relationships.

 

This position has flexible core working hours Monday to Friday, your weekends are yours! 

About you

You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:

•    AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with an accredited degree
•    Experience as an OT in a community setting, including undertaking home modifications and equipment prescription
•    A passion for client-centred practice and collaborative care
•    Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
•    Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
•    A valid Australian driver’s licence
