We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our passionate Evening Services team in Keswick on a permanent full-time or permanent part-time (0.6 - 0.8 FTE) basis. Supporting clients across Adelaide's central suburbs, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care in the comfort of clients' homes while enjoying the benefits of predictable evening work, generous penalty rates, and a healthy work-life balance.

Enjoy a predictable Monday to Friday roster with evening shifts between 1:30pm and 10:30pm, no weekends, no overnight shifts, and no rotating rosters.

What’s on offer

• Permanent, fulltime or permanent, parttime (0.6 – 0.8 FTE) opportunity.
• 45.6 to 76 hour fortnight.
• Based at Keswick and supporting clients across Adelaide’s central suburbs.

What we’re looking for

You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum two years post-graduate nursing experience, including Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C.
• Aged Care / Community experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• A passion for client-centred care.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
• A valid full Australian driver’s licence.

• Deliver exceptional person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive in their own homes.
• Advocate for clients and families, ensuring their rights and wellbeing are supported.
• Educate and empower clients and carers to make informed decisions.
• Provide clinical support, including medication management, assessments, and wound care.
• Work independently, while staying connected to a supportive team.
• Build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, and health professionals to establish goals, provide support and education.
