The role

 

We’re seeking talented Customer Service Representatives to join our National Contact Centre commencing Monday 10th August. In this role, you'll serve as the welcoming voice of Silverchain, delivering outstanding service to our clients and internal customers with every interaction.

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle inbound calls from Silverchain’s aged and health care clients, care workers and various stakeholders, and manage inquiries and ad-hoc requests efficiently whilst remaining calm.

You will be required to undertake 4 weeks of compulsory paid full-time training from our office at 1 Richmond Rd, Keswick Terminal SA. Which is easily accessible via public transport. 

Once you have completed office-based training at 1 Richmond Road Keswick SA, and we've set you up for success in the role, you will be part of our hybrid work model.

 

What’s on offer

 

  • $32.87 per hour. (shift penalties apply) + super
  • Full-time permanent roles. Monday-Friday with working hours scheduled between 7am and 7pm.

  • 4-5 weeks Annual Leave per year, with ability to purchase up to 4 weeks additional leave per year.

What we’re looking for

 

  •  Previous experience within a customer service environment
  •  Strong communication and active listening skills. 
  •  Empathy, patience and a solution-focused approach.
  •  Resilience and a positive attitude. 
  •  Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. 
  •  Strong computer skills. 
  •  Industry experience and/or a passion for community work is highly regarded.
