Registered Nurse, Support at Home

Due to growth, we are recruiting 2 x experienced Registered Nurses to  join our team based at Peel.  Covering Peel and Lower South West metro suburbs, there is an option to take a salary packaged vehicle for this role. 

Role 1. Working hours will vary between 7am – 3pm and 8.30am – 4.30pm on a 5/7 day roster. Weekend availability is necessity for this role. Shift penalties will apply.

Role 2. Working hours will vary between 7am – 3pm and 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday only

What we are looking for

• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare in a community environment, including service provision, coordination, allocation and compliance with contractual obligations
• Skills in the area of clinical assessment, problem solving, client and family education
• Ability to demonstrate personal care and provide competency based complex care training to direct care workers
• Well developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships, promote services and resolve client/staff issues
• Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills to innovatively manage the provision of quality care
• Demonstrated computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and calendar management software to prepare correspondence and effective documentation
• The ability to work autonomously with a team focus to contribute to business unit and organisational objectives
