We are seeking a National CHSP Administrator to support our CHSP operations nationally. As a National CHSP Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) by ensuring the efficient administration of customer documentation and service agreements across Australia. You will provide high-quality administrative support to the CHSP team, maintain accurate records, coordinate documentation with clients and internal stakeholders, and contribute to a seamless customer onboarding experience while maintaining compliance and service excellence.

What’s on offer

This is a full-time permanent position of 75 per fortnight; the individual will work from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 5pm at the Bella Vista office.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service or document coordination, preferably within aged care, community services or healthcare.
  • Understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), My Aged Care or community care services is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with proven experience maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Ability to work independently while building effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and recommending process improvements.
  • High level of confidentiality and understanding of privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer management systems, with experience using DocuSign or similar digital signature platforms highly regarded.
